Self love

I am a woman who is a strong believer in self love and self pleasure. I try to have some time to myself a few times a week. As a backstory I have pcos therefore unpredictable periods/spotting etc. The last few times I have had an orgasm I have spotting for about an hour afterwards, usually bright red like my period. Can anyone explain this? I’m a chronic worrier so I want to get some feedback before I bother my OBGYN. Thanks!
