Struggling to pump 1 year pp
I have recently gone back to work so am pumping twice a day. I can’t get much milk at all. I don’t care about the milk I’m collecting because I don’t need it but I feel like my boobs aren’t emptying and I’m on the verge of mastitis.
Any tips on how to pump and actually feel empty… I’ve only pumped an ounce. When my son nurses I drain well 😩
