A yeast infection?

So, before sex I would always put coconut oil like on the inside of my lips.. can this cause a yeast infection? I haven’t had sex in over a week and 2 days ago I thought I had a UTI so I took cranberry pill and the next day I was itchy so I was like damn it might be a yeast infection, I took monistat last night and the itchiness has since subsided but I still have lingering burn so I think this is a yeast infection but if it doesn’t get better I’m going to go to the health clinic.. but could this also be because I used coconut oil every time before sex like could I have given this to myself 😭😭😭 I feel dumb lmfao.
