I need advice BAD please

I owe a family member a lot of money like 2grand that was loaned to me to catch up on some bills because I was out of work from having a baby. So heres the thing. This person has been staying at my house for free since July. Its now October. Eating my food, using my electricity all day while im not home and would be saving money, using my water, eating our snacks and drinks. Doesnt clean or cook or ofer help. Yells at my kids gor playing in their own house. Argues if I ask for help but then complains about about the money. Am I in the wrong for wanting them to go home? Am I the problem? Because I am stressed and tired. I feel bad. I hate feeling like im being mean like I should suck it up because I owe them money but I dont know what to do.
