So upset.

I recently was moved to a different position at work. (Downsizing) I went from making $24/hr to making $16. I know it's not a huge pay cut but at $24/hr I was just getting by. Now at $16, I am barely making it. I tried applying for food stamps, and I was offered $20 a month. Are you kidding?! I have two children who are split custody with their father and so no child support. I have no car payment as its paid for. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Any ideas on what I can do to save or programs? My children get babysat by their grandma so no child care. I have no room for a roommate or I'd give that a try.
