1 year old up hourly….

My son has never been a good sleeper, but after using a gentle sleep consultant we managed to get it to about 3-4 wake ups a night. However the past week or so he is up hourly and won’t go back down without me nursing him. I am used to nursing him twice but this is getting ridiculous and my partner can’t settle him now.

Any idea what is causing this? How can I stop it? I feel like I’m going backwards it’s stressing me out. I’m back at work now and I’m miserable
