Any other PCOS sisters beginning the journey ?

Hoping for some community here. I was diagnosed with PCOS at 22 after going off bc (currently I’m 33) - did the band-aid fix of going back on the pill for years before I finally took myself off a few years ago to check in on my cycle. Through holistic care and lifestyle changes I managed to reach normal cycles and what I was told was pretty promising fertility. (This was confirmed when I unexpectedly became pregnant in 2019 which ended in abortion at 6wks)

Fast forward to today - for the first time in my life I am actively TTC and so far three cycles in and starting to get sad / anxious about what the journey might look like now.

I’ve been pretty consistently regular length cycles for about the past three years - between 28-35 days.

Since TTC:

My first two cycles were unusually short - both 16 and 17 days. I have been using OPL strips which do seem to always test mid - high range but I saw what I thought was peak in both of those shortly before I started bleeding super early.

And now THIS CYCLE - I got a strong peak on CD 21 - BDd consistently (over 40 times lol) leading up to and throughout the fertile window.

My predicted period is now 6 days late and I’m on CD 36. I’ve tested considering using two different brands and all BFN. Last negative was today.

This is the longest cycle I’ve had in years and I feel like my body is just reacting to the stress of actually TTC or maybe recovering from two really unusually short cycles before this but either way - I asked my doc how soon I might try taking ovulation support supplements - (lowest dose letrozole is what I requested) and she said we can start to talk about the next month at my next appointment but wants me to commit to a “lead up time “ — any opinions or advice here ? I’ll be 34 in March and want to give myself the best shot. Also any good karma send my way for AF to finally show and kickstart my new cycle would be appreciated.
