Need to vent/ need advice

A couple of weeks ago, a dad at my daughters daycare ( who I wanna specify is married ) complimented me, which I thought was nice. I have been putting alot more effort into my appearance lately just to make myself feel better. After he complimented me, it just so happened that we were walking our kids to our cars at the same time. He asked me where I was going and if he could come? I acted like I didn’t hear him and just got in my car. Yesterday when I was going to get my daughter he was there, and the same thing happened where we were walking our kids together at the same time. He was like hey I think you’re gorgeous! To which I said, oh thanks! And he was like I just want you to know I be looking, and I just chuckled nervously, and he was like don’t snitch on me now!! And I just walked to my car. I don’t ever see his wife without him and I don’t want to make anything awkward. I asked another mom about it and she told me he’s harmless and just likes to flirt. She said that they’re legally married but separated, I think the whole thing is just not right. Just needed to vent
