Swollen feet after birth

I'm five days post pardum with my third. I haven't had this issue with my others. My feet are so swollen after birth. No headaches bp was normal. But if my feet are not elevated they are so swollen I can barely move them. I am up all night breastfeeding and because of a few failed epidurals I can't breastfeed comfortably because of my back besides sitting upright in a rocking chair. But the minute I'm sitting upright my feet start swelling again. I can't wear compression socks because of a nerve condition. My doctor doesn't seemed concerned but it's making my life so hard right now. Anything helpful willing to listen.
