Tech Slipped Results 😩

Had my 20 week ultrasound this week and slightly bummed out in the fact that we told the ultrasound tech we didn’t want to know the gender as we are having a reveal in a month with family. So we turned away as she looked at gender. Once we looked back she made a comment “oh her hands are up in their face” and I specifically know I heard her say “HER”. The other thing was that the tv screen we were looking at had pictures she had taken so far on the left third of the screen…well on that third of the screen there’s one larger photo at the top that I could clearly see the gender determination picture and it was clear to me I’m having a girl. I’m not bummed about having a girl as I’m super excited, I’m just bummed I know I won’t have the same “surprise” reaction at the reveal because of this. Also not telling the family that I pretty much already know because I still want it to be a surprise for them!

I will say I had a gut feeling when I was 5 weeks that I’d be having a girl, and I’m genuinely so excited because I am passing down my moms middle name to my little girl!

I included my bump pictures this far and am loving seeing this growth and change in my body bringing a little human into the world!! 🩷
