Keeping up supply and losing weight
Hey guys, I went through a really tough time about 2 months ago with breastfeeding. Long story short, I wasn’t producing enough milk so the health visitor told me to up my calories, but I was putting on so much weight without my supply really settling that I had to stop breastfeeding before I got to an even more unhealthy weight than I already was. It was gut wrenching because me and my daughter made a real bond breastfeeding and I didn’t want to stop, it made me feel closer to her. Any ideas on what I can do to lose weight and increase my supply? Or for next time what can I do to stay the weight I am/lose weight and increase/settle my supply? It’s so hard breastfeeding but it feels so worth it
