Tylenol for 13 month old?

Hi I have a really sore throat today and itchy ears and my 13 month old also does. We don’t have a fever and it’s not bad enough to go to the doctor as we basically will be told to rest and go back if he spikes a high fever (I know the drill by now lol). I have never given him Tylenol before bc he was so young but can someone tell me if I can give infant Tylenol to a 13 month old who weighs 22lbs, and how much? I have it but I’ve never used it before. Also will it even help with sore throat pain if he doesn’t have a fever? And is there anything else that helps? Thank you.

Yes you can. Pedialyte popsicles are great too! 
18-23lb is 3.75ml 
(also childrens and infant Tylenol are the exact same (160 per 5ml) you just get more for the same price with the children’s)

Yes. You can give a newborn tylenol of needed. I wouldnt though to a newborn unless my ped told me to. For a one year old they can def.have some. According to my childrens tylenol chart for 18-23lbs they can get 3.75ml. Read.your chart.on your tylenol for weight. It should be on the back of the tylenol bottle but it is 10000% safe.for.a one year old as long as its childrens or infants tylenol.

You can give honey at that age which is what I do. I warm up some lemon and honey and spoon it to him. That helps baby with a sore throat
