NEED RESPONSES PLEASE

So I got these results after sleeping with a guy unprotectedly for the first time. Idk why to do, I have 2 kids of my own and he has 1. I also am currently not working atm, I need some advice please. Btw me and this person are not even dating. I tried to get a plan b and the pharmacies were making it so difficult. They said I needed a prescription and when I requested one online my doctor denied the request.
