Can your LH surge multiple times following a miscarriage?

Hi! I had a miscarriage 3 weeks ago at 6 weeks. My HCG went down to 2 two days after the miscarriage had started (confirmed by blood work. Two weeks after my miscarriage I had a positive LH surge and did the did. I also had EWCM and pain in my right ovary. Now it is 5dpo and decided to take another opk test, and it was VERY positive. I am again having pain in my right ovary and watery discharge. My question is, which LH surge should I believe? Is this normal following a miscarriage? I also took a pregnancy test (to rule out LH surge because of HCG presence) and it was of course negative. What are your thoughts or experience with this?
