Confusing & anxious

I’m so confused. 2 days before I marked my 2 weeks of trying to see if we conceive I got my period or what felt my period it was heavy bleeding with clots no cramping , it lasted like a regular 4 day period. Then it stopped then like a day or two later I started bleeding again , just really light only saw blood when I wiped, it’s never happen before so I decided to take a pregnancy test to my surprise it came out positive. Went to the doctors I got an ultrasound and they confirmed that I was pregnant but it was too early to see if it was going to continue or not. I was told wait till next week. I’m still bleeding still no pain , as much as I want to be happy that I got a positive test I can’t help but to feel anxious. has anybody been through this? Or something similar , and still had a successful pregnancy..?
