I feel so lightheaded and dizzy, no idea why?

Okay so I’m 14w4d pregnant. I was diagnosed with Hyperemesis gravidarum about 20 days ago. My liver function tests were very disturbed. My serum electrolytes were upset. I got 15 day IV therapy. Now I’m a little better. Still throwing up like crazy. But my liver function tests are improving. It’s been 2 days since I got off IVs. I’ve been feeling so dizzy and lightheaded from yesterday. My sugar levels are fine. My bp is fine. But I feel like the world is spinning. Even when I lie down. I feel like I’m high on drugs or something. It only feels better when I’m asleep. Or when my eyes are close. When I look at someone I can’t seem to see one point. My eyes keep spinning. Anyone has an idea what this might be?
