Had a dream...?

I had a dream last night that I had a pregnant belly. Then I had a dream I had an ultrasound and they said I had "di di twins" (y'all I didn't even know what that was lol .... I had to Google it when I woke up), and then another dream right after that where I went to a tarot card reading and they said I was having twins (I've never had my cards read either lol).

So.... I took a test. I had a miscarriage two months ago. I don't know if that was a premonition, I have never had such weird dreams before. I'm 7 DPO.
