I need help…

Natalie

Hi! So I usually don’t go on something like this for help but I need some advice. Me (17 F) and my boyfriend (18 M) have been dating for 3 months. We’re very happy with each other and living our best lives. But in the last month my boyfriend has expressed to me that he suffers from anxiety. Which is okay, because I suffer from it too. But lately he feels like he is stuck in his head and he’s constantly reassuring that it isn’t my fault or that I’m not doing anything that is making him unhappy. He just feels stuck in his head, and is having a little rough time getting through it. I want to know what I can do to help him. He’s been doing great by opening up with me and expressing his feelings to me. He lets me know that I’m doing a great job helping him, but I want to know what else I can do. I understand that anxiety is everyday challenge, cause I go through it. I understand that he won’t be 100% overnight and it’s a day by day process. Just need advice on how to help him get there. And even though he constantly tells me I’m doing great, am I doing enough? Thanks for hearing me out!
