My 7 month old baby fell today! I feel so guilty has anyone dropped their baby? Can you share ur experience??plz

I feel sooo Soo guilty and bad I'm afraid this will interfere with her development or an brain injury idk I'm Soo afraid I took her to the doctor today doctor said she looked fine ....im just Soo worried and can't with this guilty
....anyone plz help

My 7 month old and I were sitting on the couch. I placed him next to me as I bent over to get my water bottle that I dropped. In that split second he kicked his legs and flew right off the couch. He did a flip in the air and landed right on the hardwood floor. He turned out to be fine, just had a small bruise. But the mom guilt was so bad! I cried for days

It definitely happens! My now 4 year old rolled outta bed twice and was dancing so hard he flipped outta his crib! I was COMPLETELY shattered! I watched him for a while and after talking to my mom and having her check him out she reassured me that he was ok. If your gut is telling you to get your baby checked…go get them checked out for peace of mind mama! You got this

Little older (maybe 10 mo) but my son rolled off my bed. I had leaned up to tie my shoes, thought he was asleep and rolled off. I felt awful!

I dropped my baby once from standing height. She landed flat on her back on carpet, thankfully. I rushed her to the ER, and she seemed fine with no signs of concussion. They did an MRI just in case, and she had a minor skull fracture. It healed on its own with no issues. She's over a year old now, and has met all her milestones and is thriving!
