PPA ?
I am 3 weeks PP with my second and I never expected to have PPA. I did not have it with my first!
I feel great during the day but it’s been effecting me with really bad insomnia and that fuels more anxiety around sleep.
For those of you with PPA, when did it level out? I’m doing all kinds of things to support my health like supplementing and acupuncture , talking with my therapist. But I don’t want to rely on sleep medication and sometimes it doesn’t work.
Looking for some support and encouragement. When will these hormones level out?
