Light bleeding

Hi I have taken the pill then the 4 pills correctly. Nothing happened after I took the 4 pills so I added the 2 to my cheek after 4 hours.

I was wondering if y’all share any of the same experiences as me?

After 45 mins I began to bless but so lightly! Only filled up one pad in the night time and the next day only changed it once.

So concerned it hasn’t worked ?

Next day feel tired

No cramping really just a little before I lost blood last night.

Lost no clots
