Goals and Motivation
What are your goals and motivation?
I am supposed to run the Nike Women's Half Marathon in SF October 19th.... Per usual I have not properly trained.
My goal is a sub 2 hour half marathon (2:14 is my personal best) I am aiming for hitting that goal in January.
My motivation and big picture goal is (1) to feel sexy for my husband; we've been married just over a year (2) to get to ideal TTC weight (about 10lbs to lose) (3) to have exercise built into our life more naturally/consistently for when we do have a family.
We are not TTC right now, but hope to start within the next year or so
