C section or vaginal delivery ?

Hello ladies I just need advice or opinions on delivery. I was told my baby girl is weighing 9 pounds so I was given the option of a c section or deliver vaginally. With my son I delivered him vaginally and he weighed 10 pounds. This time around they’re worried about shoulder dystocia and the risks of delivering vaginally. I feel so lost on what to do. I felt like if I delivered a 10 pound baby once vaginally that I can do it again but I’m so afraid of the risks that come with delivering a bigger baby. I was also told since I’m diabetic that if I get a c section that my wound takes longer to heal. And my doctor is saying she could be weighing less than 9 pounds or more than 9 pounds he just doesn’t know how accurate the ultrasound is. I need to make a decision by this Friday to schedule either a c section or induction for next week. Help!!
