Baby boy K is here🩵🥰🥹

I planned for a vaginal birth but my doctors in L&D caught on to distress in the womb, and suggested a c-section immediately to eliminate any potential complications. While that’s not what I wanted, and I felt like I was being ripped of the birthing experience… after I shed some tears, had a break down of the situation at hand & discussed the process with my mother, doula, both doctors, & the nurse assigned to me i decided to go through with it! The risk of my baby was not worth my pride of wanting and needing to have a vaginal birth to feel complete.

So at 1:36am on 11/14/2023 my so handsome, beautiful and peaceful baby boy entered this crazy world, just shy of a week past his due date, and the day before his scheduled induction.🩵🥹🥰🤱🏽

After being in early/active labor from 4am 11/13/2023 to his delivery at 1:36am on 11/14/2023, I can say I wouldn’t trade a thing! The 10 months of pregnancy was all worth it!!
