Milk production

I really need advice! My milk production has gone down hill and my baby is only 2 1/2 weeks old. I'm feeling so disappointed! I now only get half an ounce out of both breasts (only got about an ounce each before) and my son won't latch anymore so I have to exclusively pump. I have tried calling the lactation counselor but no one ever calls me back. I'm about to just give up but I don't want to. I made lactation cookies and they did nothing. What else can I do!? Anything that helped y'all? I just want to cry.
