Am I ready?

Hi ladies!

I’ve been having contractions since 2am this morning I lost more of my mucus plug had bloody show. I went to L&D per the nurse orders and I was only 2.5cm I need to be at 4 to be kept 😒 my contractions were off the charts but it was still not good enough! I have since left and im having light pink spotting or blurry show (not sure) with mucus like discharge everytime I go pee! Contractions are still going but about every 5-10min is when I get one. They told me to come back only if my contractions are every 2 minutes for an hour and to the point I can’t talk… Am I going into labor or not 😭 is there anything you ladies know to possibly speed up dilation? Just came back from a 30min walk and walked through contractions I’m unsure what to do 🥲. Currently 39+3 induction date set for the 24th 🥲‼️
