Awful chest pains and throwing up for hours??!!

wednesday evening i was at home and was having some period cramps. Around 11pm i felt like my cramps were in my chest. These chest pains were no joke y’all. I could breath fine just my chest had a deep achey feeling that made it impossible for me to find comfort in any position. I couldn’t stand up all the way straight or change my shirt it was so painful. About a half hour after the chest pains started i began throwing up every 10-20 minutes. By 1am my stomach was completely rid of anything i had ate and i was just throwing up stomach acid until the next morning. I didn’t sleep at all. I took about 10 baths throughout the night because the heat made my chest feel okay for the time i was in the tub. I drove myself to the emergency room at 8:30am on thursday morning (barely able to even walk into the place because i can’t stand upright.) By 9:30 i was in a room and they began giving me morphine. This is my third time having this kind of thing. The other 2 times happened a year ago, and honestly the first episode could have been food poisoning. I had a lot of diarrhea with the chest pains and vomiting. I went to the ER the next morning after the first episode and they said my white blood cells were elevated but that was it. The second time this happened the chest pain and vomiting stopped around noon the next day and i was fine. The other day when i went to the er they did a blood test (all normal and white blood cells were fine), chest x-ray, ct scan and a scan of my stomach. everything came back fine and my heart lipids were good as well. the doctor mentioned ulcers on my stomach could be a reason and the pain could just be radiating to my chest. scan and referred me to a GI doctor. i just want to know if anyone has had any experience with this or know what it could be?? the american healthcare system is a joke (even with insurance) so i’m sure this ER bill is going to be crazy. I really don’t have any other stomach problems. I go to the bathroom normally and just really don’t want to waste a trip and money to a special doctor if i don’t have any other reason to go. All three times this has happened it starts around 10-11pm and last all night until at least noon the next day. The first and last time this happened i was on my period and was having bad cramps before everything started. But it’s like once it runs it’s course i’m completely fine?
