Rough sex bleeding?

It’s tmi but my fiancée and I had particularly rougher sex then usual and the morning after I was bleeding. It start hot pink like and got darker red with small I guess clots or dots when I wiped. This lasted for 3 days which my period wasn’t due for another 6 days when the

bleeding started. And this was different from my normal period. My normal cycle is 5 days with a lot of bleeding on the second day and slow down on evening of the third.

I’m concerned about it being either implantation or on the lesser side, a tear/ irritation of my cervix. If maybe I was a little too dry and hadn’t realized…I’m stressing out about very badly.. please respond soon..

I had also took one pregnancy test during and the day after this bleeding and both are negative…
