When to have two kids in same room?

I live in a two bedroom condo, I have a 2 year old (she will be 3 next summer) and plan to have another child. At what age is appropriate to put the younger one with the older child in the same room?

We put both of our kids in the same room at 15 months and 2.5 years old because we planned to sell everything and travel for the next several years full time. Now have another baby on the way and need a nursery. It took a few months since my oldest didn't sleep through the night, had days and nights mixed up, AND had sleep regressions. She was a mess, but she had been going through it for a while. My youngest slept through almost all of it. Here we are a few months later and they both sleep beautifully through the night. Turns out all my oldest needed was a toddler bed and some more independence. They both sleep better knowing they're not alone, they're 14 months apart and super close so they're like twins, and in the mornings they love to play together while I make breaktfast.

I have 4 kids, 2 to a room. The younger moved in around 6-8 months. Baby was still waking once a night or so to eat and I would quietly tiptoe in with a nightlight at the changing table, but after once or twice, the toddler learned to just sleep through it.
