do these look like bedbug bites🫣

ok PLEASE no judgement i’m stressing out i travel for work and stay in hiltons but i finished my travel portion of work for the year a few weeks ago and am now noticing these weird pimples all over my arms and legs. i’ve struggled with body acne on my shoulders and sometimes my arms for the past year but idk this seems off. they’re not itchy at all and i honestly didn’t shave my legs for a week and then did tonight and was like woah where did these come from. i’m panicking bc im afraid i brought bugs back from travel if anyone has struggled with them before do these pics look similar to your bites??
