Telling hubby I’m pregnant

I found out 2 days ago I’m pregnant with baby number 3!! I’m so excited.. this past year has been horrible as in the beginning I was diagnosed with endometriosis, lost my right ovary and fallopian tube and have a big “chocolate” cyst in my left ovary, next month my doc was supposed to put me on something to try to help me conceive. My husband and I have prayed for this baby for what feels like forever.. I’m wanting a fun exciting way to tell him, can anyone give me ideas?? According to my last period and online due date things I’m currently 3 weeks and 3 days pregnant! I’m going to announce to family at Christmas.
