something wrong ?

okay so i had the surgical abortion last Friday, i paid for it with sedation and I did have an IV in but I remember most of it and it hurt bad. This is my first abortion by the way. The first day I didn’t really bleed and I had light cramping but every single day after that my cramps have been HORRIBLE like I can’t get out of bed. I am bleeding sometimes soaking my pad’s through like once or twice. For 5 days I’ve had the worst cramps . I know I’m not supposed to but I took two ibuprofen 600 mg it did nothing the next day I had to take 3 ibuprofen 800 just to calm the pain down for a little and now it is back I don’t know if this is normal or what but I think I will go to the ER soon because the cramps are horrible like there is no way. Is this normal or ?. Also I had it when I was 6 1/2 weeks so it was just a sac .. the cramps have been so bad I haven’t been able to eat a meal since I got it. I’ve drunk water and ate little things here and there but i can barely eat because it hurts so so bad .
