Doesn’t look like it yet but it does look irritated. Try not touch it so much and just let water clean it when you shower  .

Redness and swelling is first sign of infection. If you see any pus or discharge it’s probably best to have it taken out :(
Try saline cleanses first (or just regular salt water)hydrogen peroxide is too harsh. Also make sure you don’t have any metal allergies!

Every time i’d get mine pierced no matter how good or often i cleaned it. My body always rejected it, and it would always start off looking like this. Just keep an eye out for it

Mine looked like that right up until it moved most of the way out of my belly button because it rejected so hard. I now have a scar instead of a piercing. I recommend you swing by a tatoo parlor that does piercings and have them look at it. Sooner the better.
