Do guys come back?

My bf of 3 years ended it. We actually went to therapy a few days before thanksgiving. The therapist said we have a dysfunctional relationship but we can either fix it or not. Later on that day my bf said he doesn’t want to fix it. I cried obviously. He told me I could stay until this weekend to say goodbye to him and his daughter, who I’m attached to. We had thanksgiving and decorated for Christmas. His daughter even put my stocking up. I told him that day if we still care and love for each other, are affectionate, and don’t want to see each other with someone else, I’d still like him to think about it. He said ok.

Well today, I asked him if he wanted me to go to my parents tonight. I’ve been going there sometimes to give him space. He told me he cares about me but wants to end it. I was obviously upset and started crying. He showed no emotion and told me to just go. He left for work and I left. I tried to call him but he blocked me. I know that he gets frustrated like this but will come talk later. It’s just a shitty feeling. I made an appt with our therapist tomorrow, whether or not he wants to come, & texted him so hopefully he’ll see it. But idk what else to do. I know he cares. I just don’t think he’s 100% sure what he wants because he always seems to go back and forth. Idk if the no contact rule will work. we’ve tried in the past and I couldn’t resist. But I’m scared if I do it now he’ll either not want me back or hopefully he’ll realize when I’m gone.
