Sex two days after depo injection

I received my first injection of depo 11/1 and had unprotected sex 11/3. I know I should have waited the full 7 days for it to be effective, but at the time, my period was supposed to come in about a week and a few days so I thought I would be ok. Now my period is 19 days late according to this. Could the depo shot have taken away my period already or is it too soon? I’ve been in the shot before and sometimes I bleed a little to get back regulated. I will take another test soon, but I’m nervous. I went to urgent care for std testing and they perform routine pregnancy tests as well (which was negative 11/14). For context, my last period was 10/11-10/21, and was supposed to start my next cycle 11/10. I had taken the ella contraceptive a few months ago, so I didn’t have a period for September. Any thoughts?
