Cervical Cancer

I’m actually so worried I could have cervical cancer. I had a Pap smear done earlier in the year, January, and it came back normal. I started seeing a guy over the summer and every time we would have sex for the first time in a while, I would bleed lightly. Just the first day though, but if we had sex later that day or the days after there was no bleeding. I do like deep penetration too so I thought maybe the bleeding could be from not having sex that much and also going deep. I’m on birth control, the pill, same pill I’ve been on for 4 years. I just had my period 2 weeks ago, following a normal withdrawal bleed, and now I am bleeding medium light, brown and red blood on week 2 of the active pills. I’m actually so concerned. I have asked my OBGYN about it but I’m waiting to hear back. I don’t recall ever really bleeding from sex or in between sex prior to this partner either but I tested for STI’s too and am clean. Idk what to do or think but I feel fine otherwise
