Tubes tied period late

I’m a 31 year old female I gotten my tubes tied at the age of 26. I’m 6 days late (that’s what the app says) there’s shouldn’t be a reason why I don’t have a period. I can’t think of anything that happen new in my life other than my headaches gotten worse and I start to faint a few times a week now. But I don’t think it has anything to do with that, my headaches been happening since August. I did start a new medication but it’s for my headaches and I started it 4 days ago so I don’t think it would affect my period. Me and my hubby have sex daily without any protection, but we’ve been doing that for 2 years now. I never been late unless I was pregnant my period always been regular so idk what’s happening. Yes I know everything isn’t 100% but it very unlikely that I would be pregnant.
