Bleeding two weeks after period

I am 11 months post partum. So, not sure if that has anything to do with it but the last three periods I’ve had, I end up bleeding a LOT two weeks after. It’s like another mini period. It’s mostly brown but for two days it’s red, and I’m having to change my liner every few hours. I am very weak and dizzy today. As well as having a pretty bad headache. Im also appearing pale. I never get headaches so this is concerning to me.

I’m going to call my doctor tomorrow.

Also, before i had my second baby, my cycles would be as long as 1.5 to 3 months. After my first baby, my cycles went pretty much back to 1.5 to 3 months again. But now it seems every two weeks. I understand a little spotting like streaks with ovulation, but it’s like brown stuff on my underwear, and filling a small liner. And then me feeling absolutely awful.

Anyone experience this?
