6 days late

Hey girls, i have to write my feelings here for not freaked out.

I was using yazz birth control pill since 8 years because of PCOS until June 2023. After i left the pill my 3 cycle was on time but then 4 days late and one later was 5 days early. Now i had a relationship and we had sex regularly. Until end of my fertile window we had twice time with protection, he never came inside of me even with condom. 2 weeks later of my fertile window we had unprotected sex but with withdrawal method. He never came inside of me.

Now, im 5 days late without any symptom. I only had diarrhea, left ovary and back cramps, a little bit pain on sides of my boobs. Vaginal dryness also were but now its creamy white/yellowish

Should i worry about pregnancy or its because of pill/PCOS?
