Was she being racist

I told this girl I met someone new. I told her he’s el Salvadoran and he’s from New York and his name. She instantly panicked and said “oh hell no them fuckers got accents.” She told me her mom is white and her dad is Puerto Rican and she couldn’t stand being called white girl in school and people were racist to her for that. She also told me I have “really dark nipples” for someone my race (mom is white, dad is black), she also called my hair nappy and when I told her I was offended she got mad at me and told me to calm down.
