Breasts

The older I become, I'm childless at 32 now, the more sensitive my nipples are, not the whole breast. It's gotten worse in the past couple months than it has ever been. NO PAIN, but It makes me nauseous when my husband plays with them, and I inevitably pull away from him after a couple seconds; it is not pleasurable, and my first natural reaction is to slap his hand anyway when I see him inching toward me. Which sucks because he totally loves my breasts. If the Lord blesses us with children, there will be no feeding at my breasts, despite what my husband wants; I will use the breast-pump instead. Anyone else facing this? There was some sexual abuse as a child, but it never affected me much sexually...
