Vulval Pain

The itching started about a week ago and now its stopped its just painful and uncomfortable around my vaginal opening (i think? 😵‍💫) Its not a constant pain and I havent noticed a change in my discharge and just looking at it, it doesn’t seem to be inflamed or anything. It also doesn’t hurt when I pee. It really only hurts after I wipe or if I walk with a tampon in or try and put one in. I tried to look up what it could be and I fit symptoms for yeast infection but not all symptoms, so can anyone help pretty please? 🥲

For extra background: I just got over a cold and it started during that cold (might not be relevant), also I haven’t at sex in a while since Im long distance so I know its not an STD or anything related to having sex
