PMDD + grief + the holidays 😒
I lost my dad to cancer a month ago and this is my first cycle since then. My PMDD symptoms compounding with my grief is making things really really hard. I have a 16 month old and I’m feeling so guilty because I have no energy to take her anywhere and I just want to sleep and/or cry.
Is anyone else struggling?
