Is it a good sign of implantation if ovulation pain cotinues?

I ovulated on 13th..i have really bad pain whenever i ovulate every single cycle. I get the pain so bad sometimes i need to go to the ER. I went ER on 14th as pain was so bad this month and they confirmed i had two eggs ready on each ovary. The one sided pain, pain spreads down to thighs, extreme bloating & cramps etc normally subsides straight after I’ve ovulated but this has gone away and come back bad today. I’m now 7DPO.

Could this be a sign of implantation ? Was it a sign for anyone else?
