Anyone dealing with fibroids?

I have a few anterior fibroids that have gotten bigger with pregnancy, one of them is right behind my belly button so the area is really tender and hurts sometimes. It currently measures 4cm or so. Doctor says there’s nothing to worry about right now, that they may shrink after birth and that because of their position they should not interfere with delivery. Wondering if anyone else has experience with this, and if you did anything specific to help with pain and reducing their size?
