I’ve been on femara and just got my blood drawn. I don’t feel like I ovulated but what is everyone’s thoughts?

Also... how come the test says regular levels for litesl are 1.83 and over.... thats still really low. Everywhere ive been have told me for confirmed ovulation its 10ng/ml and over at 7days post ovulation. Mine was 9.94 and i got told i was borderline on if id ovulated or not
