Do you think he threw it at me?

I work with my boyfriend, but he’s narcissistic so I’ve been taking a lot of space from him to try to end up leaving. He tries to control me and is too aggressive, even at work, and lashes out constantly. I can’t talk to any guys without him freaking out. He also tried to make me start showering at his house. He’s also raped me. It’s just too much. But he definitely notices that I’m pulling away and gets mad

Today I came in and he stayed to help me because we were really busy. But then a customer stole and I was confused on what happened. So I went back and talked to our cashier (someone my boyfriend can’t stand btw). My boyfriend thought I was slacking so he started screaming at me in front of 4 other people. Telling me to “just do my job”, call me a dumbass, bitch, etc. at least 6 times. Told me he’s never staying to help me again. I tried to explain and he just kept yelling. At one point he yelled “here’s your fucking stuff” and threw something but I didn’t really pay attention because I just knew he threw it. But after, multiple coworkers said they think he tried to throw it AT me. One said they even saw him raise him arm with it in my direction but looked away. I tried to look at the cameras but I’m definitely assuming he’s been here long enough that he knows how to avoid being in frame because he’s right by the edges of the frame so you can’t see him. He technically threw it at a wall but I wouldn’t put it past him for him to throw something at me at this point. He says he “would never assault anyone”. But idk what to think. I know he said him and his ex threw stuff at each other too. But I’m not down for all that
