Anyone on here know how to deal with a narcissistic coparent?

I don’t use that term narcissist lightly at all.

It’s been over 12 years and my ex still constantly wants to fight with me. I do my absolute best to set boundaries.. that only seems to upset him more. I don’t engage with his toxic behavior.. I ignore anything he writes me on talking parents that doesn’t have to do with our child. He takes me to court for everything!!!! And I mean everything..

A motion was filed against me for a missing ice pack from her lunch box.. I kid you not! This has all financially killed me. He puts me down every chance he gets , especially in front of our child. We have an up coming trail date.. but things have gotten so out of hand it’s affecting how I live my life.

My spouse and I are always fighting because of the amount of stress my ex puts us through, I cry all the time..

Their lasted stunt was calling CPS on us because of a bruise that happened while our child was in gymnastics. Our child told him time and time again but my ex tried to push the narrative that my spouse had something to do with it. His behavior is disgusting. Anyone have any helpful tips moving forward how to deal with this.
