My first period in 2 years humbled me quick 😂

My pre period bloat could rival me at 5 months pregnant with my son😂 I was so in my feelings and sad nothing fits blah blah. Then my period ended and suddenly the bloat was gone again and just my old reliable pudge was there I had to laugh at myself.

Sometimes I don’t realize how hard I am on my body image and that I need to be nicer to myself. Tiger stripes and bloat be damned this tummy grew and held a human being for 9 months and I’m proud of myself.
