Pain relief for uti?

The worst literal possible time to get a UTI. My doctors office is closed until January 2nd and the urgent care nearby is only open until noon tomorrow, well I have to take my child to therapy in the next town tomorrow and wouldn’t make it back in time. I bought azo bacterial defense at the store but I am breastfeeding and didn’t realize until I looked it up that sodium salicylate isn’t safe for breastfeeding babies because it’s related to aspirin🙃

I don’t feel any burning but I feel like I have to pee all the time, there’s a heavy sensation in my bladder, and my lower back has been killingggg me all day. I’m so uncomfortable. The at home test strip I used was negative for nitrite but dark dark purple for leukocytes.

@narwhal those are all great ideas, but there’s a few problems. I do not have anyone else to take him, there’s a $75 charge if I cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, and I am very rural. There’s one doctor office and one urgent care. I do not have the time or money to go to the emergency room for a uti, unfortunately. I know azo does not treat the infection, but at least I would be able to sleep and get through my day with the symptoms managed until Tuesday.
